We can’t say enough good things about our project manager Jake and his team at First Class Lawncare! We had big patio dreams on a medium sized budget and he worked with me for over 2 months bringing my vision to life. No detail was too small, no question too silly. Once the project was underway, his crew left the space as safe and tidy as it could have been for us, our young kids, and our dog. Jake kept us up to date every step of the way. He made some excellent recommendations along the way as he got to know me and my style. The end result is absolutely flawless! We could not be more ecstatic with how it turned out. We are thrilled with how First Class Lawncare transformed our outdoor space. Our new deck and patio are not only beautiful, but finally functional—we actually want to have people over now! I recently worked with First Class Lawncare and was 100% satisfied! First Class installed patio string lights and lighting around my shed. Jake was so responsive throughout the entire process. The finished project is absolutely beautiful and now my family and I are able to enjoy our backyard. I have now asked Jake to send additional ideas for enhancing the area around our fire pit. From start to finish, the team from First Class Lawncare, especially with the valuable assistance of Jake, did a magnificent job for me. They cleared a massive amount of debris from the back of my yard, they extended my back fence to my property line and did a terrific job of grading. I worked with Jake on replacing a slate walkway with a bluestone walkway. He was a very good listener, creative and responsive. He visited the site each day and made sure things were going well. The crew were very hard-working and respectful. Jake would not let the project end until both of us were satisfied with the end result.
