Would recommend to anybody looking for a highly trained and professional company who will give you a great job:) my carpets were damaged by my little golden retriever we just got and the gentleman got every stain out, smell is gone and even gave me a discount to work with my budget!!! Mike Franco of First Coast Carpet Cleaners was professional, punctual and did a great job. I called him at 9am on a Saturday and he arrived at my home and completed the job by 1pm that same day. As an insurance agent, I only do business with competent contractors and he exceeds the bill. He did not attempt to upsell me by offering unnecessary services. I highly recommend his company.

This carpet cleaner took me to the cleaners! At first I purchase a Groupon for $40 to clean two rooms…when we called we were told that they will not accept Groupons. So even though we purchased the Groupon we then had to get our money back. But Mike promised he would honor the rate. His web site says no hidden charges…DON'T believe it.!!! By the time he steamed cleaned two very small rooms it was $200 and he would only take cash…even though his web site lists credit cards accepted. Not to mention when he first arrived he was rude. What a scam.

Mike provided an outstanding service from start to finish! He was very respectful, delivered great results and offered an awesome price. Fully recommend his services to anyone seeking to clean their carpet. 

Had a terrible experience with them a couple of years ago. They got real nasty very quickly during a phone conversation and quickly resorted to foul language and raised voices. I wouldn't use them again, and I would highly recommend finding a different company to anyone seeking carpet cleaning services.
