First Coast Contracting did a fabulous job upgrading our builder’s grade bathroom to a splash-safe kids bathroom. Their team was respectful, clean, detail-oriented, and quick. They didn’t seem annoyed with my specific requests or inability to make up my mind. They worked to improve off the existing bathroom saving me money by upgrading only what was needed. They were patient with me and the quality of the work was fantastic!

I want to say first coast contracting did an amazing job with my house that had burnt down in September 20 24. Dennis were so great and was so patient with me and honored my request. I now see him as family. I am so thankful for this trustworthy company for all that they have done to help me out in that devastating time. Had Marc come for a quote… and I usually hate this part of the process. But he was very great at extracting all the info that he needs and suggesting things as well to get to my end goal. I received the quote and it is very detailed and very reasonable. I feel a lot of trust with them so far. I do not feel like they are doing it for a high cost gain and scamming you out. He always would suggest things to make the project more impactful for long term- and not a cheap fix to address later. Explained the entire process. Did not feel like it was a sales pitch at all. He was very deliberate on what he said, he suggested, and asked. Answered all my questions. and will update later!!!!
