We recently worked with Joe and his team on removing a gas fireplace and it was a remarkable experience. First of all, they showed up the first day at 8:00 AM, as they promised, and went to work immediately. Bo and Eric were assigned to our project and were incredible to work with. In every project there are unexpected issues, but these guys rose to every challenge with positive attitudes and experience to match. What the attached pictures cannot show, is that they also had to remove a chimney from a sharply sloped roof with weather threatening. Everything was done within two days, and they did so while maintaining a clean workspace. I would highly recommend First Coast Renovations for interior remodeling work.

Joe kept us informed with each step of the process. They were on time, listened to and followed my concerns. They treated our home as if it was theirs. The work required Joe to engage three sub-contractors. They too were prompt, professional, and did excellent work, following Joe’s standards. Even the St Johns County inspectors were impressed with their work. Joe was extremely responsive to our questions. They worked well around our pool construction which was ongoing at the time. First Coast Renovations, Joe, Alex and team were phenomenal to work with on our condo re-design! Their communication throughout the project was clear and the timeline was kept. They completely updated our space for a fair price and would absolutely use them for future projects!

I had put off floor and decking replacement on my 120 year old historic home for several years after no shows by others and lack of responsiveness-so discouraging. I called Joe. He answered his own phone-he really listens and he is detail oriented and meticulous. Several weeks later we had a new floor in my retro dinette, and a new deck.
