Great service and reasonable prices. Definitely would use them again. I used First Degree to purchase and install a new AC unit. They installed a unit in less than a day at a price that beat all other quotes.

I called on Tuesday morning to ask for service on my pool heater and they gave me an appointment 1st thing Wednesday morning. They kept me updated on who was coming and their ETA. They were right on time, fixed the problem promptly and honored the terms of my warranty. They were polite and efficient. I have absolutely no complaints

We called for help with our AC. They sent some old guy named Miles over to our house. He stood around smoking cigarettes and throwing his butts on our lawn even though we asked him not to. Then he kept getting distracted and pulling his phone out. He seemed very angry about whatever was going on with the phone. After a couple of hours, he told us that our compressor was “shorted to ground” and that our best option was to buy a whole new system. We also noticed the AC no longer ran AT ALL after he left. Another local company came out for a second opinion. He diagnosed a bad contactor and had us back up and running in under an hour. Employee arrived early in the appointment window and I was informed he was on the way. He checked the A/C efficiently and told us all of the services performed at the end of the check. I highly recommend First Degree. Excellent staff and customer service.

The heating/ac unit at the property I own where my elderly parents live was completely out of commission. Motor blew and we needed an entirely new unit prompt. Owner came out end of day and quoted us a price much lower than others for a two ton unit. He rearranged schedules to get an install completed next day so my parents could have cooling and heating as soon as possible. This place is amazing. Will use them for both my properties going forward.
