I had a short in my outlet and blew the circuit. I called First Electric and Mike was here within 30 minutes. He quickly evaluated the situation and fixed it quickly. I appreciated the time Mike took to explain to me what happened and Mike is also very personable. Great job!

Do not use! They charged me $190 to "diagnose and repair". The technician they sent out did not listen to my issues, but instead just reset the breakers and told me to upgrade my box. He did not diagnose the actual problem and he did not repair anything. Instead they used it to try to upsell me. THEN, they refused to even send me quotes so that I could look over what they were offering. They insisted they must set up an additional meeting and meet in person before they would give me any quotes. Any company that does this is very shady and this is an immediate red flag! This is disrespectful of my time and is only necessary if you know your quote is not competitive and you need a hard sell. There are better electrical companies out there. Don't waste your time and money.
