First Impressions Carpet, Tile & Oriental Rug Cleaning

I recently purchased a “new” rug from a big box furniture store. It showed up filthy. We couldn’t return it. Then my new puppy decided the rug was a bathroom. I tried to clean it myself and pretty much thought the $1000 rug was ruined. Then my wife found First impressions. From the start the interaction was professional and the fees were transparent. We agreed on a price to clean the rug with the expectation set that the rug would probably have some discoloration from my attempts to clean it. We recently had our tile cleaned and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. I wish I had before photos but unfortunately I do not. I have many white upholstery pieces so you can imagine what they look like being touched by not only adults but children. Had a wonderful experience working with Kurt on our cotton blend flatweave rug! There was a ton of dirt buildup and tough stains from our dog/coffee, and he returned it good as new. You can tell he’s really passionate about his work and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect.
