First Impressions Tree Service and landscape

Thomas picked up right away when my road was blocked on a major holiday. His guys were fast and efficient and his prices were reasonable, thank you for the help!

Called for quote. Didn't even ask the job which had been 1/2 finished already. I told him we were getting quotes for the best price, which any REASONABLE home owner would do... His answer, was "HOW MANY QUOTES ARE YOU GETTING?" My answer, "As many quotes as it takes to find the BEST PRICE". Guy says, "Oh, yeah. That's probably not us (without even knowing the job). He says, "Probably best to go with the previous trimmers you already had working on your tree." Congratulations, to the most LAZY, LOSERS to ever answer a phone call! Hence, my bad review, here.

Our neighbor's tree fell on our house. Huge tree. Other tree guys looked quite apprehensive about the job and said that they would have to use a crane. Tom with First Impressions said that they may or may not need to use a crane. Crane would cost an extra $1500. To me it looked like a crane would be absolutely necessary given the placement of the fallen tree. So the guys showed up at 8am and it's 32 degrees outside. It was really something. They got the job done by 12:30pm! Unbelievable! No one got hurt, no damage done while they worked on it. These guys were really smart. Highly recommended.

From start to finish, I was very pleased with the tree trimming and removal work performed by Tom and his crew - Dwight, Jake, and Josh. Tom was responsive in submitting a bid and showing up with his crew on time. I liked the fact Tom performed an initial walkthrough with me, listened to the requirements I had, and made a suggestions that I incorporated. Tom discussed the strategy for trimming the trees with his crew and during the work, his crew in turn also consulted with each other to ensure the best results were implemented. Tom's crew was efficient and friendly, cleaning up the walkways and street of all remaining debris. When the work was completed, the crew asked me to perform another walkthrough to confirm everything was completed. I have future work planned and have already asked

When they complete their work, they clean up and remove debris so that the property is immediately presentable. Tom provides great customer service throughout every project.
