FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration

Came to work on a biohazard cleaning at my apartment just to leave the carpet cut out and never came back or refused to talk with me personally and possibly leaving other blood spots( as seen in the red spot next to the cut out )

We had a few leaks with water damage and mold. They did an amazing job getting everything repaired quickly. Craig was great to work with and spoke with the home owners insurance on our behalf. The technicians that came to our home were polite, friendly, did an excellent job and were all around great representatives of First Onsite. Have already recommended them to a friend with a similar issue.

Keep your items hidden when they come. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!!! I just want to figure out who it was? There was a driver WHO DID NOTHING and one with tattoos on his arms. Tried to get in contact with them before getting police involved but here we are. Go with someone more reputable… if you have a choice.
