FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration

My experience with First On Site was great. The first person they send out was Will Alumbaugh. He is was so easy to work with and showed up the next day on time. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He made me feel right away that this was a company I could trust. Within a couple days the project Manager Dale called me to set up a time to come and look things over. Dale as well was fantastic. He set up a time line for the work to be done around a very busy holiday time. His communication was excellent and delivered on everything he promised. The work was completed on time with the highest quality, exceeding my expectations. Dale and Will both followed up after the work was done to make sure it was up to my standards. This company provides poor quality repair jobs and hides behind short warranties in hopes that consumers do not notice their shoddy work before the warranty expires. Avoid this company at all costs, Michael at First Onsite is scamming the public. His workers claimed to fix my leaking roof, instead they simply painted over water damage causing another leak to appear in the same spot. I am working with the Attorney General's office to ensure others are not scammed by this company.

Long time family friend that had this company try to restore a home after a small contained fire. To be honest the work they tried do was appalling and embarrassing. Just because you help your buddy paint his grandma's kitchen or put a bookshelf together you're not a painter or a Carpenter. From what I've seen and not try to put anyone's work but stay away from this company

Do you enjoy managing your restoration projects after paying someone to do the job? Do you expect incompetent workers that require you to double check every aspect of the job? Then this company is for you. After my home flooded I worked with First on Site to restore my home. They incorrectly rebuilt the closet after I discussed my expectations on multiple occasions. Their painters had to return on multiple occasions to fix sloppy work. They had to replace the floor 6 times due to aggressive dips and peaks from improper leveling. When they put cabinets back in, they were rough with splinters. They didn't put the sink pipes back in correctly, so i had to call another plumber to fix their work. In December of 2023 the rapid cold lead to pipe freeze with resultant water damage, Everybody in town was in trouble so I had to wait 3 weeks before anyone could get to me. Moore restoration stepped in on a complicated job that ultimately took 6 months to complete with remodeling. They were straight up with a very difficult product. Everything was finally completed. We had our ups and owns...got things done. My agreement with them was once all completed I would write a credible review....that was my promise. Sorry it took a minute.
