He made time to come by my house the same day since he was working in the area. I found him to be honest, straight forward, and a likable guy. He explained everything in layman terms and I felt very comfortable hiring him for the repairs. Ken arrived on time and was very organized and professional. He maintained a very clean working space cleaning up during and after the repair. He finished the repairs quickly and under the original estimate.
