First Presbyterian Parking Garage

I’ll never understand rude business owners/workers, especially when the customer is polite. I understand my call was rather late and my question seemed silly , but I would have preferred no one answered my call over a grouchy man answering it. I was just double checking trying to make sure I was doing everything right so that they get paid and my car stays where and how I found it. Too bad I was running late or I wouldn’t have parked here at all. Plus, despite it being empty, it took me a while to decide on the least awkward parking spot. It’s pretty tight in there. I can only imagine when it’s packed. At least it was close to my destination.

Worst parking experience ever. The ticket wouldn’t scan and we got hung up on multiple times by the assistant. Took 20 minutes just to leave the lot even though we prepaid

Straight up do not park here. The spaces are so tight, you will go up two more floors to get a space you can fit in AND get out of your car. Passing a dozen that only fulfilled ONE of those requirements. And then pay $16 for the pleasure of your car being dinged by somebody with a stroller. “Thank you!” from a church on the way out of this scammy place is really the cherry on top.

Horrible parking experience, took over an hour to get out of this poorly designed lot due to slow machines and endless lines of cars trying to exit. Cost me more eaiting than I was actually at my event. Management should not charge for such inefficient and expensive parking.

I used this lot while attending 1st Fridays at High Museum of Art and it was great! Parking was only $10 which I paid in advance for 6 hours (5:30-11:30). I arrived around 7:00pm there where plenty of spaces to park, it was very well lit and labeled.
