I had a great experience with First Rate Services. Andrew was prompt, professional, and really took the time to troubleshoot the issue instead of just jumping to the most expensive fix. What impressed me most was his honesty—he explained everything clearly, gave me options, and never tried to upsell unnecessary services. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable compared to others I’ve called in the past. It’s refreshing to find someone dependable, skilled, and trustworthy. I highly recommend First Rate Services for any HVAC needs.

I would like to share my experience with my AC repair I received today. I called First Rate Service when my central AC quit cooling. I was amazed the technicians responded so quickly! Andrew Sandaval and Sam Pena gave me an understandable reason why my unit was not cooling. They also provided me with a reasonable estimate for repairs. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to get the parts. They were very neat and considerate while doing the work, even putting down drop cloths and cleaning up after the repairs. My house is now nice and cool! I would highly recommend First Rate Service to everyone, including my family and friends.

It was hard to find someone locally to diagnose and repair my gelato showcase. Thankfully I found First Rate Services! Andrew and his team were on-time, professional, and explained the issue along with next steps to get the showcase up and running again. They are a great company and I highly recommend them!
