First Response Heating & Cooling

I called First Response about my "new furnace" that was installed by another company. It was not working. They sent Mr. Bryan Chapman out on the same day and he immediately diagnosed the failure of the "other contractor" to connect the gas line to my NEW furnace. He thoroughly explained what was needed, went and got the necessary parts and made the repairs. Additionally, he patiently explained the other failures with the previous install and that same evening, sent me a detailed estimate for my insurance company. Excellent Service!..... finally!! THANKYOU!

11/26/25: Again, I am impressed and very happy with the service Bryan and his team provide. When Bryan was here to do my annual service check in October, he noticed the outside unit was very noisy and it sounded like rocks were rumbling inside. He did not like the sound and told me he was going to have the compressor replaced. My unit is still under warranty, so the cost was zero dollars The guys came out today. Did the job in an hour and a half. They were very professional, explained everything to me and did a great job! I can honestly say if you need AC installed or even if you have an AC unit that needs maintenance or service these guys are the ones to call. They are honest and fair and tell you upfront everything you need to know.

Super fast, friendly reasonable and reliable! Will absolutely use them in the future for any of our AC needs! Update: We’ve now used them three times, and they have exceeded our expectations every time. They’ve come at their earliest time, every time. This place is amazing! We just bought this home. Our AC must have been a zombie because it was ancient and had NEVER been serviced. They had to use nitrogen to clean the system out. SO GROSS!! They replaced everything and weren't pushy at all. They gave us our options and let us decide what to do. Plus they did it quickly. We absolutely love our new AC unit! It's so quiet and works so well. The whole house smells better. The new unit even has a new concrete slab and they took the old one away. We highly recommend this company!!
