CJ and his team were really great. They response quickly, and completing all the work in reasonable time. His team is one of the hardest workers that I've ever seen. They stayed up till late at night to complete the job. CJ always available to answer any questions. Highly recommend CJ and his team to anyone who need to waterproof their basement.

CJ showed up immediately and went through what had happened and suggested what needed to get done. He gave me options and pricing for the different options. I thought he was reasonable. We set a date. He and his crew showed up when scheduled and started working. His crew was professional and very helpful getting things out of the way. They worked nonstop. The job was done cleanly and efficiently. I am so pleased with my decision and would highly recommend First Response Waterproofing.

CJ answers his phone and or gets back to you in no time if he is unavailable, while other contractors I contacted never bothered to call back. CJ came to have a look at my basement the same day and sent me an estimate the next day. CJ is ver knowledgeable and explains the situation so that one can understand what needs to be done. The price was very reasonable. He arrived with his team on time and got the job done in the estimated time frame. He charged me in both cases exactly for what was listed in the estimate. The guy who owns this company CJ Cosme rented a dumpster from us, filled it with construction debris, promised to give us a Credit Card to pay for it and disappeared. We worked with him in the past and never expected he would do such a thing but that is exactly what he did. To this day he hasn’t reached out to pay us for the dumpster. He’s also using a different phone number than the one listed here. We suspect he changed his number because of all the troubles chasing him. It’s sad because he used be a nice guy but presently he has gone completely off the rails. He is NOT to be trusted.
