First Restoration, Inc.

First Restoration is an amazing company to do business with. We recently had water damage in our home and were so fortunate that First Restoration was recommended to us. From our first intake with Dylan to the finished product with Brian everything was done efficiently and professionally. I was always kept informed of progress and expectation of completion. What impressed me most was everyone involved performed as though they we're working on their on home. Needless to say the outcome was exceptional. Thank you First Restoration!

Evalia and Georgina packed up my whole house after it flooded and did an excellent job! They boxed, labeled and moved 2 pods and 60 boxes of dishes and other kitchen items! Great job ladies!!!

Terrible customer service, terrible quality. They preach they are a "family" company. Well, they must be the most dysfunctional type because they will charge you or your insurance company for services that were never performed. I have called multiple people, sent multiple e-mails to all the "Farleys" and the only time they will try to respond is to collect payment. Do not use this company!

I can't say enough good things about First Restoration. They were timely, professional, and every one of the workers were helpful, kind, and went beyond what was expected. Exceptional experience. Would recommend to everyone.

This is not a company to use when in a catastrophic crisis. I experienced packed boxes that was full of newspaper. And items weren't accounted for to return to the owner. Several items was broken which I witnessed. And the workers and supervisor tried to deny the incident happened. All the supervisor's concern was to get the insurance check signed and they could leave the work site. They just moved the boxes back in a disorderly way that was not professional. It was a very disturbing experience. Heed from using this company's service.
