Extremely unprofessional! I contacted Dennis for a quote to service my townhouse and apply weed prevention in my rock garden. His quote was reasonable, and we agreed to move forward. He mentioned he would come by my home the same day and call when he arrived. That day came and went without a word from him. I thought maybe something unexpected happened and gave him the benefit of the doubt, expecting a call the next day to apologize. But nothing. I reached out two days later and still received no response. It's now been two weeks, and there's absolutely no excuse for Dennis not returning my call. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with someone who is unreliable and doesn’t show up for work. His one-man company is bound to fail with service like this.
