Dealing with the aftermath of a fire turns one’s world upside down! After a recommendation to contact First Call, life became a lot less stressful! Blake Nicodemus was the my main point of contact, and he did not disappoint! He assessed the fire damage, planned the restoration process and put together a plan with his team of professionals including Jeb the project manager who was fantastic and very knowledgeable as well. They are professional, efficient with and great communicators. Thank you all for making such a difficult situation a lot less stressful. You are a top choice in the industry hands down!

Craig, Blake, and Logan all are awesome! They provided us immediate, top-notch professional service when we had an unexpected water leak. They took care of EVERYTHING! The companies they work with are just as professional and highly rated as they are. (Yes, we checked and were just as pleased with them too!) First Call was recommended to me last year when my basement was flooded with sewage and I am so thankful that I called them. From start to finish the First Call restoration team was amazing to work with. There were a few weeks after the flooding that we couldn’t move forward with anything because of insurance, buying that time I had no hot water at all. The first day First Call was able to start working, they assigned Chuck to manage everything, I mentioned the hot water and he had it fixed within hours. I cannot say enough about chuck’s work on this project. We had to completely gut the basement, which meant a lot of people in and out of the house, Chuck always made sure to give me heads up, to introduce me to anyone who was going to be there, I saw him frequently and I knew I could trus

We had a toilet break on the 2nd floor which seeped through the floor and ruined the kitchen ceiling. They came out right a way, evaluated what happened and what to do. The next day there was a crew at our house setting up plastic walls, fans and dehumidifiers. This was on a Friday. One of their crew came out on Saturday AND Sunday to check on the progress. All clear and we’re ready for a new ceiling! Great people, good communication. Two thumbs up 🙂

Big shoutout to Firstcall! They were excellent to work with. Professional, listened well, worked through our issues and concerns. Workers were punctual, work areas were clean when they left, work was excellent. Best remodel/restoration experience I ever had. They will definitely be our first call for future needs. Thank you!
