Fish Window Cleaning

I am so happy with Fish Window Cleaning. He does an amazing job and always has such positive energy and smiles to share. He is also courteous with clients in the business. We look forward to the next cleaning!

I just used Fish for the third time and will never do it again. The first time it was good. I was pleased and let the company know. The second time it wasn’t as good. The screens and sills in my back porch were dirty after they left and it was clear they didn’t do them. I ended up cleaning them myself. Frustrating, but I decided to try them again after receiving a marketing piece earlier this summer. This time the techs finished and I paid them the $320 charges and tipped them $20. They were in the driveway and I checked the windows on the porch. The sills and screens clearly had not been done. See the pictures. I went out to the driveway and asked the tech to come back in. He argued with me when I showed them the dirt. He said they were still wet and that they did them. I show

They were reliable, however I always had a different cleaner and they didn't work hard to clean off anything the squeegee didn't get off. They did a price increase without proper notice, so I quit using them.

On Friday Jul 24, Fish crew members Anthony & Aleesea were onsite to clean our windows. I tipped them each $10 cash and paid my invoice promptly after they left. They left 2 significant scuff marks on the paint in the stairwell and then tried to wipe one of them off making the mark worse. I didn't notice either until after they'd left when I went into the main house and saw one of the blue window washing rags laying on the stairs. Since I'd already paid the invoice, I realize I have little recourse but feel you should know what happened. It would have been nice for them to have informed me of this mistake before they left the job.

Great job and super efficient. They were punctual, courteous and did an amazing job inside/outside of the windows and screens. Highly recommend!
