Brad had an approximately 5 ft, 130 lb man to come install carpet to my great room and office areas. I was told that the “installers “ would move the heavy furniture, well one of my friends had to come help the guy move my furniture to prevent damaging it. To make what is a long story short, I have winded up with poor installation that continues after months of promises to correct the carpet that is not adhered to my concrete slab foundation as well as metal strips that are dangling loose. Brad continues to make unfulfilled promises to have it all repaired. Do not patronize this local business as I regretfully did.

Terrible workmanship and communication for the entire job...ripped out my staircase carpet 3 times and it still is not right seams everywhere and no one really seemed to care. Brad is a smart #@% when approached and walked away mid job and returned 3 weeks later wanting payment for what had been done...lesson learned, NEVER again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Wood floor not properly installed in 2016. After months of delay, Brad Fisher promised to refund my money. Two years later I'm still trying to get him to refund the money.

My parents ordered hard wood floors 7 weeks ago. Their carpet has been torn up since before Thanksgiving and still no floors and little communication.
