Scheduled with another removal company, these guys were sent out without us even being aware the first guy wasn’t available anymore. I had a discussion including pictures as to what was to be specifically removed and the fisher worker had none of this information. I was at work that day which is why I took care of everything beforehand but due to this unfortunate change of events I was not there and the worker continually harassed my wife saying he was not from Coolidge and drove a long way until she agreed to just let him do the job for a higher price than originally quoted. He continuously bugged her with questions even though he was told she was working from home and has to be on the phone almost the entire time.
