I contacted Fisher Irrigation over a month ago to schedule an appointment. I made the appointment clearly, only to find out later they had it recorded for the wrong day and worse, they had no record of my original scheduling. They also don’t send confirmations, making their process unreliable right from the start. When I raised the issue with the assistant, I was met with an unsympathetic, dismissive attitude that made it obvious they had no concern for the inconvenience or potential damage this could cause. No ownership, no apology, nothing. 1/5 for company process and professionalism. 1/5 for customer-centric approach. Until they address these basic operational issues, I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable or professional irrigation service.

I have used their service in the past which has been good but am reconsidering now. Recently I requested a technician to check my sprinkle system . He was very knowledgeable and said that he will provide recommendations and the office will send a quote. The office sends an invoice of $165 suggesting the changes required but don’t send a quote. I waited to see if I will get another mail, but none. When I called, the office says they will send it now . It’s like they want to charge for sending the technician and not even bother to follow up or to begin with provide the service (an initial quote) that I called the technician for in the first place .

Top shelf company. Everyone I interacted with was responsive, knowledgeable, patient (I ask a lot of questions!) and respectful. Time commitments were met (appointments, project start and end, etc.) and the quality of the workmanship exceeded expectations. Derek and Jason stand out in particular, as well as the installation team. Highly recommend this business!

Excellent professional job! The Fisher team came during the winter to install the indoor plumbing and promptly came this spring to install the irrigation heads and piping. Their team was extremely meticulous and left our lawn in better shape then we originally had it. They took the time to put back all the mulch, and even seeded the lawn both where they dug and where we had bald spots. Would highly recommend.

Excellent job! Jason was extremely easy to work with. He walked me through what to expect and everything happened as he explained. Very flexible and great communication during the process. Everything a homeowner expects when they hire someone. I am 100% pleased with Jason and his team!
