Fisher's Foundation Repair & Waterproofing

Job was completed several years back however my review has vanished. Inspected basement for settling and cracks, without using laser levels they identified the south east corner as settling, this appeared correct to me at the time due to being close to the largest crack. After they installed steel supports and I left everything for over 6 months to settle out it was getting worse. A second inspector was called and pointed out that the south east corner was the only area which had never moved and the source was the west wall. After trying to reach them I was blocked on email, phone, and Facebook. Submitted a BBB request which they only ever responded to after a very significant time. I cannot recommend them for any work or home inspections at this time.

Professional and quality workmanship! From the beginning of the project, all the way to the very end, Mike and his crew continued to pay attention to every detail. We never worried one minute about what they were doing. We loved watching the progress each day and how GREAT they made our house look with all the new concrete. Michael found an issue we didn’t see and he fixed it right away! Thank you so much for all your hard work and getting it done on time! Highly recommend this company! In 2020, I had Fischer's Concrete and Foundation Repair look at some water intrusion issues in my basement. After developing a plan and giving me an estimate, they never replied again to emails or phone calls over a couple month period as I tried to finalize arrangements. Reply to Fisher's reply: I forwarded you the email chain from 2020 to the email address, which is the same email address I had for you. Waited for three months for them to finally work on my house, they never showed up and they accidentally answered my call and when they realized it was me they responded saying it was a family emergency, keep in mind it took me over a week to get a hold of them and it clearly sounded like they was lying, thanks for wasting my time !!!! So much for waiting for three months 😤
