1st time delivering here. The receiving dept. was great, getting me unloaded within 45mins. Special thanks to Duane White for the awesome job, getting me in and out, in a timely manner.

I would use you way more if the back end was better/quicker. It's slow too slow at least for me. When i come in and no cars in the parking lot and no one in the lobby I guess I expect to get out quicker. Us contractors don't have time to stand around...well at least I don't. Now with Amazon and our managed account a Depot you've pushed me away from working with you. Too bad because the people on the front end are great I enjoy speaking with then but it's not worth the wait. Anyways wish you all the best

The appointment is scheduled for 8. It's already 9 and they haven't started yet. Boys like to play with their phones instead of working. Finished at 10.

Placed an order for 27 boxes of Tarkett VCT a mont ago. Go to pick up my order and I am told it will be 7 different lots. When order was placed I was told they had the 27 cartons in the same lot. They did apologize but that is useless when my job is 3 days out and have to try to come up with materials in no time. Will never deal with these idiots again

Greg is the best flooring salerep in the business. Professional, friendly, and intelligent. Also, they have an excellent selection of flooring supplies, tools, and materials. Always recommend.
