Amazingly helpful! I found an item they had on their website and wanted to get it shipped to me since I am not located close to their stores, but they were the only ones I found that had the item I wanted. I called the Monona location and the call was immediately picked up by Tim who verified the item was physically in stock, and was willing to work with his team to get the item shipped. I was able to follow up the next day with Jeremy who was equally helpful in getting the order processed and collect payment. Even though shipping isn't something they normally do, everyone I spoke with went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience and I just got the item today in perfect condition. Great experience for my 1st ever visit. So much there & if I had more time I would have found many more items I'd love to purchase. I LOVED there garden center & found what I came there for which was starter chicken food. Priced very reasonable. An employee asked me with in a few short minutes of being there if he could help me, which was nice PLUS carried & loaded my item into my vehicle & I never asked nor expected any help. I don't know too much about this place or prices but for my 1st trip I'm happy & will go back! Hoping you all find your visit to Fisk as great as mine was!!! Clean environment, friendly & fast service!

I've been here so many times my credit Card company called me and asked me if there was fraud going on because I had bought so often and used my card so frequently! Super friendly's staff, quick to help you find what you're looking for. And a huge selection!
