I had new flooring installed in my entire home and each person I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. These people take pride in what they do and I could tell from the beginning that my satisfaction truly was their priority! So happy with recent purchase of Carpet and LVP flooring . The installers were very prompt every morning and very hard workers , the attention to detail was nicely done . We had a very old flooring in kitchen and Blake the installer worked so hard in getting all the old stuff up and he was a very hard worker .Chad was our carpet installer and he again did an amazing job his skills in laying carpet is like art work Alex and Chloe at Fissel’s really listened and helped us All the way . Thanks Fissel for being local and treating us Great , we are so happy we did not go with big box stores !

They have a beautiful selection of flooring & I am very pleased with what I selected for my whole house. Everyone at Fissel’s is very friendly & helpful. The team that came to install were very professional & nice, they did an excellent job!

While in the process of doing some plumbing work in our bathroom, it became apparent that we would need to replace the floor. Our bathroom is small, and it was really difficult to find someone even interested in helping us. In fact, the one quote we did get from a major retailer included a huge makeup for "small job." Then we had the great good fortune of stopping at Fissel. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we walked in the door, and even though we were upfront about the size of the job, it made no difference to folks we dealt with there as they showed us many product samples and walked us through the process.
