Five Aces Pools and Spas

I called to get some assistance with my pool. I spoke with a person by the name of John. Conversation went well and sounded productive. He actually gave me a great idea . We set up a day for him to come by the house to measure, and evaluate what we had spoken about. HE NEVER SHOWED UP !!!!!! I called both the business line and I believe it to be his personal cell phone as well because he received the pictures I had originally sent him when we had first spoken. He was aware of my situation and urgency to get this done because I was in the middle of selling my home. A few calls, and texts and no reply . He went Ghost. Beyond unprofessional

Excellent company! My husband and I had the pleasure of working side by side with Jonathan. He is very attentive and professional. He was always professional , with good attitude and very detailed oriented on his projects. Even though materials are hard to get now a days, he kept us updated throughout the whole project and explained in detail what to expect and how to properly maintain our concrete and pool. I would definitely recommend Five Aces Pools & SPA to all my SWFL family and friends, they will not disappoint!

Five Aces did a great job constructing our new pool. It is absolutely beautiful & exactly what we envisioned! John was awesome! He kept us informed through each phase of construction & was always available to answer my questions. They did what they said they would do, on budget & have followed up with us several times since our pool was completed. I would highly recommend Five Aces over any other pool company hands down!

I cannot compliment Five Aces enough! We had a really hard time finding the leaks in our fiberglass pool/plumbing and thought we would have to replace all of the plumbing. Jon and team found that the leaking was coming from the spa heads and only needed to replace them. He and his team were very professional, they were kind and considerate and did a great job! My pool was filled up just two days after repairs and we are happy to say are having no issues with the plumbing! Thank you Five Aces, I now have a pool for the kids to play in over their Spring Break! Thank you so much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Working with Five Aces Pool was such a pleasure. They were on time everyday, respectful of my property and fast. They made the experience easy answering all my questions at any time. I am not the easiest person to work for when I’m paying for a service and this team was truly great people if your in the market for a pool John is so helpful and easy to communicate with. I couldn’t be happier.
