Five-O Lawn Service was the quickest of the companies that I contacted to give me an estimate, but only because they don't physical come by to do so. I agreed to bi-weekly for my one acre lot. I dont feel like the services I received were worth what I was paying but I continued to pay. My main issue was the lack of communication (which was nonexistent unless I contact first, and even then I was ignored at times) and eventually being ghosted all together. My biweekly turned into every 3 weeks, then 4 weeks, then none at all. I understand that things happen, weather causes delays, etc but communication goes a long way. A business should reach out to its customers that are paying for services, not the other way around.

Highly recommend this lawn care service over every other in Jonesboro customer service is 100/100 they always take care of any service requested rather it was lawn care, pressure washing all the way to junk removal! They treat you as if your part of the family not only do they do a outstanding Job but they also have fun while doing it!! What's better than your yard being cleaned up and dancing show!!

This company took over after the previous owner left. At first, they mowed our yard every two weeks like clockwork and now they’ve completely ghosted us. I have called the business number, message the Facebook number, called the actual guy who cuts the grass and no answers. I left over a dozen voicemails and text messages, and they NEVER replied!!!!

Five-0 does a great job! Having them take care of our yard and all that that entails has been a great experience for several years! To all veterans out there, you can count on this company! Highly recommend.

Like others, I have been completely ghosted. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them another week as had never had any problems and I'm not particularly picky, just don't want a notice from the city. Now I've text and emailed with no response for days. Now my grass is so long who knows what it's going to cost me now.
