Five Star Automation

These jokester's call themselves five star LOL. This posting will not let me leave anything less then a star. They come out to your place and borrow your tools. WHAT?! They don't have there own tools?! You call that 5 Star?! Also they show up when they want without notification. And they don't even know what they are doing. For their service, they are outrageously priced and have horrible customer service. 5 star? You should change it to no star!

Supposedly this company automates water management for Public Water Systems. However, for the past 6 months I cannot get them to respond or actually fix our issues with this HMI/PLC they installed for our small town. Mind you we provide water to the public, but these guys do not take it seriously! Our tank alarms were not working and their programmer could not fix them, I had to figure it out myself and I am brand new to water! Called them 2 weeks ago about the page not found error on my web server logs page and they said "I have never heard of this happening before?" Told me I need a whole new system? And they haven't made one effort to figure it out and get my logs back! I'm so confused by their lack of professionalism and knowledge. If you are using this company for water automation, I
