Kevin is a very honest, and personable gentleman. When I called him he gave me an honest answer about the flooring in our house saying that the cleaner I was using was just about as good as he would do. Giving that he gave me that honest answer saying “it may not be worth paying me to do about the same job as you would”, I appreciated that and had him do it anyway because he was so honest. Kevin went above and beyond once again. Our puppy ran through our basement over our brand new light gray carpet with muddy paws and tracked in who knows what else.
