Josh was AMAZING! We had Five Star Chimney Repair out for a Standard cleaning. Josh showed up right on time, very respectful and professional. He examined our fireplace and said it's very clean and he wouldn't feel right taking our money. He showed us some things on our fireplace we weren't aware of that are very helpful. Josh did an inside and outside inspection and just charged for that. If all Five Star Chimney Repair staff is like Josh, I'm a lifelong customer. Great guy, representing a great company. Five Star Chimney is amazing! Joshua came out and inspected and swept our chimney yesterday. He gave us lots of good tips on how to use it properly and create the best air flow for using our fireplace. He was very professional, personable and kind. He explained what he was doing every step of the way so we could understand and made it make sense even for my very curious 5 year old! Even though it is a gross process, he kept everything so clean and was very respectful in our home. I would recommend Joshua and Five Star to anyone. Thank you!
