My family lost power to half of our apartment and maintenance couldn't fix it. They called in the awesome pros at Five Star, and I'm so happy with the results! Paul came in and saved the day. He fixed the electricity and replaced a bunch of loose outlets! Amazing work. Super friendly and fast.

Five Star took on a very large complicated job for us and absolutely knocked it out of the park. We needed our entire incoming power infrastructure (for 14 buildings!) relocated and other companies either couldn't even wrap their minds around the project or they threw out exorbitant bids. The electricians at Five Star weren't even phased by the scale and complexity of the job. They just got to work and gave us incredibly reasonable bid--and by the end of the project, which was precisely on time, the final cost was just under what they had bid! Huge thanks to Eric and Jason and the whole team. Can't recommend them enough.

Was referred to this company by another one due to that company only dealing with residential places. Called 5 star on Nov 7th and was told they would contact me back. They did not return my call. So I called them again on Nov 11th and left details on what needed to be done at my place of business. I got a call from an electrician that I missed with a message stating that the earliest date available was Nov 20th. I called them back within 5 minutes, and they did not answer, but I left a message that stated that the 20th was acceptable. I called back 2 days later since I had not received a call to confirm they received my reply and still have no answer or call back. The 20th came and went, and no electrician showed up. This all initially started on the 7th. So that's 2 weeks of wait

We were having an electrical emergency and could not get an appointment or anyone to help us. When my husband called Five Star Electric the lovely gal who answered the phone listened with concern and empathy to our problem, and put Jason on the phone. With a few expert words of advice from Jason, my husband was able to resolve the problem!!! All without costing us a dime. We would have been severely inconvenienced for literally weeks, if we had not found Five Star Electric! We will definitely give them all our electrician business and recommend highly to anyone who asks us!

I just hated seeing you not at 5 stars because one person put one star without details for you to fix and become a better company.
