Absolutely fantastic service! My old water heater finally stopped working on a freezing night here in Charlotte. I reached out to Five Star Electric & Plumbing, and they gave me a clear quote and got the new water heater installed the same day—super fast! Roger, the plumber, was excellent. He arrived shortly after I called, put in the new water heater, and took away the old one. The new 40-gallon water heater works great and heats water quickly, much better than my previous one. I called a few other companies, but they wanted extra fees just to give a quote and couldn’t do same-day installation, which was a problem for us in the cold. Jared and Derek came out to install a new 50-gallon electric water heater at my place in Charlotte. They did the job quickly and everything was handled in a very professional way. They explained what they were doing and made sure all the pipes and connections were set up right. The team was friendly and cleaned up after themselves. We recently needed our sanitary sewer line inspected, and someone recommended reaching out to a plumbing service. This team is absolutely fantastic! The person managing the office is friendly and well-informed. The plumber who arrived was Roger, and I’m sure anyone from the team would do an excellent job. Roger was very thorough, took his time, and explained everything clearly to us. We were so impressed that we decided to hire him for another plumbing job we needed done. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things. He was prompt, polite, displayed great workmanship, and offered fair pricing!

Very honest and dependable plumbing service. My water heater stopped working on Sunday morning, so I called Five Star Electric & Plumbing mid-morning Monday. Derek showed up quickly and had my new water heater installed by early afternoon the same day. Other plumbers I contacted said I would have to wait at least two more days, and one even claimed they could do same-day installs if you called before noon, but that wasn't true. Derek was also the only one who asked when my old water heater was made. He found out it was still under warranty and helped me get a replacement for much less because of that. I highly recommend this company for anyone in Charlotte who needs their water heater replaced.

I highly recommend this plumbing company. Frederick, the owner, redesigned the septic system at my home in Charlotte to support more bedrooms. He did a fantastic job with the new septic design and was always professional, friendly, and quick to answer all my questions throughout and after the installation. Roger in the office was also very helpful during the whole process. I will definitely recommend this plumber to my friends and family.
