Five Star Fence

⭐☆☆☆☆ — Deeply Disappointed and Frustrated What started off promising quickly turned into one of the most frustrating contractor experiences I’ve had. Five Star Fence was initially responsive and professional. They came out within two days to assess an urgent issue with my fence. The problem was serious; my dogs have escaped multiple times and nearly been hit by cars twice. This was not cosmetic work. This was a safety issue. They provided an estimate and gave me a very specific timeline to complete the work. Based on that, we agreed to move forward. And then… nothing. The scheduled day came and went. No call. No text. Wow!! Amazing company, excellent work and wonderful employees! Called Kenny for an estimate to tear down a section of old fence, install a new one as well as two gates and they were out there the following week. Colby and his coworker were cordial and explained everything to me. They were done in two days and everything looks phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend Five Star Fence and will use them again.

Had a great experience with this company. I would hands down hire them again for another fence in the future. They listened to what I was looking for and delivered it exactly as I wanted. The men were friendly and professional and showed up on time and were efficient. I highly recommend Kenny and his team.

When you get a quote from the owner, Kenny Arthur, be sure to review with the person actually doing the work. We asked for the fence to match the height of the neighbor's fence and Kenny said yes but the installer said, won't work. Asked for commercial grade fencing which is a lower grade/thicker but was quoted commercial "lite" which is cheaper and a higher grade/thinner. In addition, Kenny told us he hasn't pulled a permit in 10 years so that will be on the homeowner if you live in the Oklahkma City. The crew that Kenny contracts with, did a good job except when we asked for a permit and wouldn't pay until a permit was issued, took both of thr gates until payment was made. Kenny did take $500 off the total price since he didn't have a permit.

Had this company install $7,500.00 fence cedar had split board though out fencing. Called and spoke to owner he asked for pics, I sent them he replied he would send truck with boards to repair. 3 years later no boards and was told can get boards at home depot. I was a building/plumbing contractor for 20 years no complaints on my business. Wish other contractors would stand behind there work like I did.
