So last Sunday in the middle of the storm Five Star Home Services came out and repaired our furnace and saved the day. Matt the repair technician diagnosed the problem didn’t have a part to repair with him. He drove in that mess to his office and picked up the part then came back and made sure we were warm. The service from them over the past 10 years has always been top notch. I am replacing our furnace with them and they applied my repair cost as a credit which is an added bonus. Today their team showed as promised and began replacing the furnace an A/C. Scott and Connor were amazing! They were done in half the time it took my neighbors and the install look perfect. We were referred to Five Star Home Services through the Lowe's Project Referral Service, and honestly I could not be happier. While they were not able to come out the absolute moment we needed them (our furnace went out on a Saturday in the middle of January, when I'm sure a lot of homes needed assistance), they were very quick to communicate and reschedule for first thing in the morning on Sunday. Naturally, we ended up needing a whole new system, but Five Star was incredible and able to update the entire system, furnace and AC, the very next morning and for a reasonable price.
