In response to the inquiry about why I left a two start review - I have used your business in the past, and while I ultimately got the material I needed, the customer service was dismal. The employee you have working behind the desk is miserable. Almost every time I've called its seems as though I am inconveniencing him by trying to give you business. He's rude, short, and quite frankly shouldn't be dealing with customers. There was another gentleman in your office who was much more pleasant but unfortunately it's always the same cranky person answering the phone. As a premier supplier of Cambridge pavers, I tried to use your business for my material needs, but after just dealing with this gentleman yet again, I am taking my business to another Cambridge distributer.
