FIX Flood & Water Damage Pros

Update:The repair manager Bryton is very polite and professional. He quickly responded to the serious dissatisfaction caused by the quality of the previous work. The rebuilt work was finished in 2 days. Pros: I got water damage with one bedroom,hallway,part of family room. The manager Chris is very professional. He quickly complete the dry out work, and provided detailed documents to help me settle the claim with the insurance company. Everything is fine when things develop like this. (Cons:The rebuilt work cannot complete on time with acceptable quality, and damaged more items in my house. I really can't stand the quality and efficiency of such work.)

Rennan and his team were so kind and professional in a really stressful situation. I had so many questions, and Rennan answered them all thoroughly and patiently. He was very experienced and knowledgeable. He and his crew were all helpful and expeditious throughout the process. So far, everyone we have worked with at FIX has been excellent. We had some significant flooding in our basement. I called these guys and got on the phone instantly with Jared (keep in mind this was 6:30pm on a Friday). Jared came out quickly and gave us a full assessment of the damage. He used a special moisture device to help us see the extent of our damage. They then got the pad out, treated the walls, carpet, and baseboard to get rid of any bacteria and got fans set up under the carpet to dry everything out. Super friendly and professional. Hope I never need to call again but if I do ever have to, I’ll definitely call these guys!

Emergency flood and rebuild help you can count on. I had two separate flood incidents which meant two separate claims. I had a separate crew in to repipe my apartment while they did repairs, and a difficult insurance situation. At every turn the guys from FIX were communicative, responsive, and helpful. They always took my calls or called me back immediately. Very professional, thorough. FIX was the part I wasn't worried about. The initial quote and explanation process was extremely helpful. We called flood impact Xperts after our neighbors main water line flooded our kitchen. They came out and did their stuff and after saying we needed extra days of drying they said our floors were dry and we wouldn’t need to demo the floors. A month later we noticed some warping on a few boards and decided to tear out the floors anyways. Upon doing so we found a ton of water still under the floors along with mold and mildew growing.
