It was clear that he is very knowledgeable, he took the time to explain the maintenance process and performed a very thorough inspection. I’ve never written a bad review before and will say that Fixit 24/7 came highly recommended, but this has been my experience: I was charged $1500 (at a”discounted” rate) for an air duct cleaning because the Fixit 24/7 service technician told me I had mold in my air ducts, and I’m allergic to mold. When I questioned why the technicians who came to clean the air ducts were there for about 45 minutes (supposed to be a two hour job), I got a few reasons and later the manager called saying they’d reimburse me 50% (then 75%) since they only performed 50%. All she said after me having to ask questions was that they were not able to access all of the vents. I hired another company who came out and performed the service. They told me that the air ducts had not been cleaned and that one of the v
