After calling a few places around us and getting outsourced to AI call bots, we were so happy when Pat answered the phone and we were talking to a human at a local business! Jesus arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable diagnosing the issue with our dryer, provided a fair estimate and quickly completed the work! He also let me hang around and watch, explaining what he was doing since I was curious and have never seen the inside of a dryer before! Problem was solved and all the years of lint inside the machine were cleaned out in the process. Highly recommend Fix It All Appliance!

I met Pat recently at a networking event. It was very timely because my dishwasher was on the fritz again. Because another attendee highly recommended Pat, I gave him a call. Pat took all the information about previous attempts to repair my dishwasher and the model number of the specific unit. He did a little investigating and let me know that it would not be worth it to repair it any further, but suggested getting a new dishwasher and even recommended where I look to get the best deal. I really appreciated his honest and transparent help. He truly does mean it when he advertises “free advice”. Although he advised me against using his services this time due to my specific situation, I definitely know who I will call in the event that I have another appliance that needs repair! Highly

Not transparent at all about their pricing and completely ripped me off. Charged me $175 to screw in two screws on a dishwasher. Tried to charge me $500 to replace a $100 seal on a washing machine. For some reason they sent two guys for a one person job. They would whisper to themselves about us and what to charge us. Avoid. I texted the owner who ghosted and took zero accountability. Edit to address owner's reply: They did not uninstall and re-install the dishwasher. They screwed in two screws, I watched them. You absolutely were not upfront about pricing rather they made up pricing as they went. I texted you during and after there visit and you would not respond.

Patrick is such a great and very helpful person. Regardless of how busy he is, he suggests answers all my questions. He's honest and very informative. My washer recently broke and I wanted to make sure I purchased one that was durable and efficient. He gave me suggestions of brands that would meet my needs. I went to Lowe's like he suggested and while I was getting ready to check out, he called me to make sure I selected the washer that wiggle be perfect. I couldn't ask for much better service. I appreciate Patrick and his attention to detail and his patience and knowledge. It's very difficult to find honest and helpful people in the world we live in today.

What wonderful people, they went over and above for us today!! Quick appointment and good work.. price was very reasonable, and they may have save us from a dryer fire… have you dryer units cleaned every few years by a professional.. Fantastic people from scheduling to repair, I will call them again when things go wrong…. Thank you so very much!!
