Fix It By Luke

I haven't even had my project done yet and I'm already leaving a review. Will update this review that is based on the actual project. But this review is about their communication and initial pricing. Luke and his team were over-communicative which is a huge perk! If you ever deal with contractors, the typical communication lies somewhere between showing up unexpected and showing up an hour late. This crew has been outstanding with expectations, steps that needed to be taken pre-project, and they respond within the hour; if not within 15 minutes. Not to mention, they're incredibly friendly and their pricing is very fair. Looking forward to how the project is handled tomorrow, but so far so good! I had a few repairs that needed done, but everyone I called had a minimum charge of $2500. I got ahold of Luke and he was able to fix multiple issues for less than other companies wanted to fix ONE. His crew also found a serious carpenter ant infestation and notified me immediately, so I was able to get an exterminator out to prevent further damage. I’m grateful for the crews hard work and their attention to detail. Definitely recommend giving these guys a call if you just need some small projects handled.

Wow. I am really impressed with Fix it by Luke. I had a month long saga of getting my dishwasher installed and functioning again. It was a tricky install as a platform and other things needed to be done. They got the job done where others had failed and their cost was very fair and reasonable. I will absolutely be using this company again and recommending them to others. Also, their communication was excellent and everyone that I talked to and came to my house had a very friendly and personable demeanor.

We previously hired another contractor and they did about 85% of the bath remodel but then closed their doors leaving us with an incomplete shower. Still needed the glass door, a shower shelf, and trim installed. Luke's team of Mark and Michael tackled it and were in and out in less than 6 hours. I had a fantastic experience with Fix It by Luke! They responded to my online request right away and their communication was excellent from start to finish. They provided a free estimate, which I really appreciated. Mark S. arrived right on time and did an outstanding job installing my ceiling fans and barn door. Everything looks great, and to my pleasant surprise, the final cost ended up being a bit less than the original quote. I highly recommend Fix It by Luke for their professionalism, quality work, and great customer service. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
