I just had a hot water heater put in by this company. Everything went great starting with Jacob, the young man who put the hot water heater in. Jacob kept me up to date on how the installation was going. Jacob is the nicest and most respectful worker I've ever had at my house. He is also extremely knowledgeable about his work. He is definitely an asset to the Fix it company. I will call this company back in the future because of Jacob's work and professionalism. Thank you to the fix it Company for the great work that was done by Jacob.!

Jacob was extremely professional and through when fixing the plumbing issue that occurred at my home. Special thank you to Hailie (apologies if I spelled it wrong) I told Jacob our next dog or if we're blessed to have kids one will have that name! I was very pleased with the service, Lance Harrod was the technician sent to do my heater repair. He explained in detail how my furnace system worked and was able to locate and repair the problem in a short time. I would definitely recommend Fix It Services for all heating and ac repairs.

BEWARE!!! Get a second opinion before they start any work I was referred to them by my home warranty to look at a stoppage in my toilet but was also backing up the drain for my washing machine. It started with a child flushing baby wipes. The workers came out and said it was tree roots and quoted me $3400 to fix the problem and my home warranty doesnt cover tree roots. It was very strange to me because the worker kept going on and on about saving me money bc he would "replace 20 foot of pipe but only charge me for 15 foot." The next day I called another plumber and paid out of pocket. He flushed the pipes with a hydrojet and cleared the wipes and tree roots. The second plumber said the roots were not thick, the problem was the wipes. He fixed the problem for $200. Get a second opinion don

I had a really good experience with fix it services. They were really kind and were quick to help me with my issues. I had a pipe leak in my wall, and they switched out the piece because the leak continued. I went through my home warranty. So, it was just my service call fee. I'd love to use them again if I have any other issues with plumbing or a/c.
