I had a Fix My Appliance Now technician out to my home recently to fix my refrigerator. The technician was very nice and very pleasant. He was also very thorough. Rob came out to repair my washing machine. He was very nice and polite but it was obvious he didn't know what he was doing. He even had difficultly unplugging the machine. He didn't do much in the way of diagnostic testing but thought it could be the control panel inside the washer but wasn't sure. He hit the breakers a few times and got it working.
