Fix Time

Thought I would have a quiet President’s Day with my daughter. Wash a few loads of laundry and catch up on newest episodes of The Pitt! Not so, had to call Fix Time to repair the dryer. Best decision I could have made. Dennis was outstanding. Not only did he diagnose and repair dryer in a short amount of time. He then went above and beyond and checked out the other appliances. Can’t thank him enough as there was a water leak in the refrigerator. Nice catch Dennis. You are now are go to person for any problem in the future. Your card is prominently displayed on the now working fridge!!! Big Hugs!

Excellent skill and service! Denis is reliable and honest. He took apart our 25 year old washing machine, found the problem, repaired it, and reassembled the machine quickly and skillfully ! He made it look easy. I’d say he’s a Master technician. We have had him out for three separate service calls and will always call him for repairs. His pricing is very fair. He returns texts / calls asap. His communication is excellent. He comes out as possible. He gets the job done right the first time !! We feel so fortunate to have found him.

My repair technician, Denis Shevtsov, was first rate. He arrived on time and was very thorough in ascertaining the problem with my gas stovetop range. Denis ordered the necessary parts right away and came back to repair the stove as soon as the parts were delivered. Denis was extremely polite and professional in explaining what he did and making sure the cooktop was working well once he finished the repair. Very grateful for the excellent service. !

Denis is absolutely awesome. Came on time and fixed our noisy mashing machine in under an hour. Fair pricing, and even helped me move a big box down the stairs. I hope we’ll never need him again, but when we do he’s our first call!

The technician notified he would arrive earlier than scheduled time, diagnosed my non-heating dryer, cleaned it throughly, replaced damaged parts and had it working again! Very much appreciated the response and repair timeframe. For a family with kids, washer/dryer use feels like 24 hours, and he got it done in less than 2. And a reasonable price. I will definitely use Fix Time for any future appliance repair needs. Highly recommend!
