Mr. Andrea incredible, professional calm, and knowledgeable. I was in the middle of a preparing documents for an RTB claim, and he provided a detailed professional inspection report that same evening-truly above and beyond the service. his price was a very fair and actually lower than I expected. I have had André twice to help me with an appliance over the last 3 years. Each time he was very trustworthy , reliable , professional, and goes that extra mile to sort out a problem. I appreciate that he will try and fix an appliance, if that's your goal, rather than just jump to say to buy a new one. He also took time outside of our appt to research the model of my appliance, and get a history from me, in order to come as prepared as possible and make the best use of our time... His rates are conservative and he was generous and flexible when extra time was needed . His priority is to get the problem solved and not leave you in the lurch or in the dark . Andrei was fantastic! He repaired our dishwasher and microwave, saving our special built-in units that likely wouldn’t have been replaced as perfectly. We’ve used Pacific Pilgrim’s services 3 times now for various needs and for good reason. We can’t say enough good things about the service. Our 14 year old Kitchenaid 6-burner gas stovetop is now working like new, where I suspect most would have just recommended replacing it. What a waste that would have been for a very expensive appliance that could be repaired! Andy is completely reliable, prompt and always goes the extra mile. My refrigerator bottom freezer was not working efficiently (see photos). I called a few different repair places before choosing Andy! Andy is very professional, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. In fact, I have recommended his repair services to those within our townhome facebook communication forum. The freezer door required adjustment and I chose to replace the freezer door seal for my own peace of mind. He also fixed the door handle and provided guidance regarding ongoing preventative maintenance tips. Thank you!
