I called Will yesterday and my appointment was the next morning. My washer (in a combo dryer - laundry center) would not drain or spin. Will diagnosed the problem. A small item in my laundry load somehow got into the tub drain exit hose blocking the exit of wash water. Once that was removed, my washer worked perfectly. Will is professional and has a very nice personality. He explained everything to me as he was trouble shooting for the cause of the washer malfunction. His price was beyond reasonable and I will most certainly contact him if I have any further appliance issues.

I had an issue with my GE fridge making several noises. Will diagnosed the issue right away! I needed a new freezer fan. Will got the part the next day. The day after that he came back and installed it. No more noisy fridge and I don't have to worry anymore that my fridge is going to die soon, as my fridge is over 12yrs old. Will was very helpful, efficient and reasonable. I will call him again if I need another appliance fixed! Thanks Will!!
