Fixed Heating & Air

Air conditioning stopped working late into the day Sunday, Called Fixed Heating and Air. Expecting to get a voice mail to leave a message and someone might call me back Monday. Kenny answered and was more than happy to work me into his schedule.. He had one appointment that he was on his way to complete, worked me in after. He found the issue and quickly explained what had happened and show me how to handle future situations. While he was here another issue arose and without hesitation Kenny jumped right in to make it right. Best service and amazing prices!!!!!! I will highly recommend his services to everyone. This is the way true customer service should be. I got a call from my tenant that the AC was out. I called Kenny who told me what the problem was but was willing to come out and take care of it. He arrived in less than 45 minutes later and took care of it, no questions asked. This is on a late Sunday night. I will recommend him to anybody anytime. Great work and thank you for taking care of my tenants so they would not have to suffer overnight.

Our HVAC unit had issues while I was traveling with my family on the other side of the country, Kenny made sure to be at our house within 1.5 hours (on a Sunday afternoon no less) and fixed the problem at a very reasonable rate. I couldn't recommend this business enough to anyone who needs quick, reliable service.

Amazing experience! My mom lives in north carolina but im in georgia and her ac went out at 7pm last night and i made contact with Kenny at 8pm. He got her on the schedule for the next morning, he showed up when he said he was going to, he got everything taken care of. And most importantly, you cant always trust companies in situations like these to not try and gouge u since you aren't there to check what they are saying. But KENNY did amazing instead of replacing a part i told him i thought it was just because i said it he actually did a full diagnostic and ended up being a much more simple and cheaper fix. He got everything handled efficiently and running smooth and cheaper than i had thought. Would give them 10 stars if i could! Don't call anyone else!!!

I would highly recommend. My air went out during the heat. Within a hour came out and fixed it. The price was amazing! I was concerned because with my husband deployed and hot temps i would be taken advantage. No! I can not say enough good things or put in my review how amazing Kenny was! Thank you!
