The first technician did NOT pull out my dishwasher to check for additional holes chewed by a rat in my home that was built in 1910. He told me my warranty would not cover but I asked for the part to be replaced as I know vendors of warranty companies can do since I have been a member of American Home Shield for years. In the meantime we took precautions, called our exterminator immediately who came out immediately, checked our rat bait stations as we are in a test environment put on by the UGA campus, put great stuff under the house and sealed a hole behind the dishwasher with steel wool. I had never done business with this company before. However, I am pleasantly pleased by the professionalism from beginning to the end. My insurance company scheduled my stove repair with another company I will not name, after 4 hours of waiting I contacted my insurance company and asked for a different contractor. My experience immediately changed from the first call in to Fixx My Appliance, she answered and was exceptionally nice. The tech called me within an hour of my appt window, and I was treated like a customer is supposed to be treated with respect and dignity. The tech that came to my home name was Lamar, his confidence, knowledge and professionalism should be commended.

Definitely recommend! After one cancellation and a reschedule, the technician came to repair my refrigerator. Mark showed up within the window of time promised. He made sure that I understood the necessary repair and the time frame to expect my fridge to be fully operational. Mark was polite, professional & worked efficiently. He even provided his personal cell, if I were in need of additional assistance. This is now my go-to company for appliance repair.

The customer service provided by everyone I dealt with at Fixx My Appliance was AWESOME! Tracy provided excellent customer service while assisting with scheduling a technician to come out. The technician, Craig was very professional and efficient. He arrived on time, assessed both my washer and dryer quickly and repaired them both in no time. There were some issues with getting the right part for my microwave - no fault of Fixx My Appliance, they had to work through my warranty provider, who shall remain nameless. But by the time the third service guy, Allan, came with the right part, and installed, I tried to tip him for his work. He refused the tip, saying I had waited long enough. Wow! The customer service over the phone was always pleasant, and their service guys - especially Allan, just tipped the scale in their favor. I will happily recommend Fixx My Appliance for future appliance repairs.
