Since 2006 all of our construction projects have been with the McMurtrey family. For 39 years I have been involved in either remodeling or building new facilities for our automotive business; more projects than I can recall. Previously, we worked with 3 other contractors. FLM Construction built a new office and yard facility for Malcolm Drilling Company Inc. in Pompano Beach Florida. The work included the building of a new 5,000 sf office, together with a 10,000 sf .Maintenance building on a 5 acre property owned by Malcolm. The installation was a full turnkey project including paving a very large concreted yard area for equipment storage, outdoor lighting, fencing, landscaping, overhead crane in the maintenance facility, air conditioning, bringing all services onto the property etc. I was the main client contact person, and assisted in negotiating the contract and overseeing the construction through completion on behalf of the Owner. FLM were extremely professional in all of our dealings with them. They completed the project on time and on budget. There

That has been our experience with McMurtrey construction. We did an extensive home renovation and actually stayed in the house during the construction which would have been impossible without total cooperation from all the subcontractors and with Fred and Robert McMurtrey. What a pleasure it was to realize that we were going to finish on time with quality work. We had every concern answered during the process and after the process.
