I needed runners for our stairs and called Flack Flooring for an idea of the price and process. A month later, I visited the store, chose a carpet and asked for the price and process. It was consistent with my phone call and a fair deal. The install was timely and done well. We’ve gotten so many compliments on the runners and our pups appreciate not slipping on the stairs.

Flacks made the carpet buying process a breeze. Ross was a big help explaining all my options. They were able to install my carpet in less than a week. The installers were respectful of my property and did a fantastic job!

Flack's was recommended to us by friends who live in Dawsonville. We live 35 miles away in Lawrenceville, but to get the experience we got at Flack's, we would have been willing to drive much further. We bought a huge remnant of beautiful carpet, and from it we wanted a 10 x 14 foot oval area rug for our living room and a 2 x 8 foot runner for a hallway. We gave Sammy a diagram of what we wanted, and he went to work on it. Oh my goodness!!! Sammy is a master craftsman when it comes to cutting and binding rugs. He cut the rugs to our dimensions perfectly, and the surging he did on the binding is flawless. I heartily recommend Flacks Flooring! They replaced all the carpet in my house and replaced entire first floor with LVP. They did a perfect job and got it all done quickly and on time. They left the place spotless! I am so impressed and will recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.
