Flagler Jacks Appliance Service

My regular repair person was unable to make it quickly. This guy said he would be out the next day. I messaged him my information as requested. Imagine my surprise when I looked and found that this company failed to follow up with me in 2021, as well. Poor business practice. If you can't or won't, let your potential customer know then.

This guy is the most unprofessional, never once kept his word on anything he claimed. Ripped me off for $150.00, never showed up when he claimed he would. taking 13 days to partially do what he claimed he’d do in 5 days to complete. After saying he would be back in 2 days to replace my dishwasher, after being paid for installing a part which was misdiagnosed. it took me several calls and voice, and text messages for him to show up with a used machine. 4 days later, never a return communication, he just showed up at my door. Only to drop off a machine saying he’d be back the follow Wednesday hook it up. Wednesday came and went. He had his money, and knew the machine he dropped off didn’t fit the waterline fitting to my line. Worst of all, I had to go to a pluming retailer in daytona to get

Great experience with this company! Sergio has helped with repairs in my home quite a few times. He was always very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to repair my fridge the same day it went out and he saved all my groceries! Always a great experience and price. Flagler Jack's was able to repair my leaky dishwasher on the date we agreed upon! He came right on time when the appointment was scheduled. The charge was also reasonably priced, which was very nice. Very happy with a fixed dishwasher! I am all for supporting my local business and this one I will be coming back to!

Great experience! I called late on a Thursday afternoon and Sergio was out to my house Friday morning. He quickly fixed the issue with my refridgerator and was less expensive than other services. I highly recommend. Excellent service!
